The Beast a Werewolf[]
The Beast of Gévaudan was indeed a werewolf. But It is unknown if this is true. But what we do know is that someone or something killed those people.
Who Killed Him[]
The first beast was killed by a doctor who was making a house call. He saw a man dressed as a wolf an killed him. The second one was killed by Antoine Vaumesle d'Enneval who brought the creature to the king. The killings stopped, for three months. It is said that Jean Chastel supposedly killed the second Beast with a silver bullet.
